Body Wash (Fourteen Years) is a tongue in cheek commentary on the trivial annoyances that can creep into a relationship after two people are together for a long time. It also tries to point out that if you're able to focus on the more important things, like the love that you have for each other, the trivial things kind of disappear.  I really did start writing this song after realizing that I was using a bottle of body wash that had expired 14 years prior.  Who knew that body wash expires?

​Carolina Squat is a song written by Patrick Kelly from Tucson, Arizona about the strange but true practice of raising the front of a pickup truck and lowering the rear end resulting in a situation where there's no chance of seeing what's on the road ahead of you! Don't look for any hidden meaning in this one - it ain't there!  This is just a fun song about a ridiculous practice.

I really did write The Lobby while sitting in the lobby of the New Yorker Hotel one Monday morning.  People from so many different walks of life in that large bustling room, - I couldn't help but think that three were connections between people in that room that would go undiscovered unless folks opened their eyes, minds, and souls to each other.
